He still is obsessed with Tinkerbell. He loves her. He wants to marry her. I have tried to hide the movie because Nathanael and I are a bit Tinkerbell'd out but this only resulted in a baby anxiety attack when I "pretended" I couldn't find it so we continue to watch that little girl...everyday...sometimes 3 times a day...
Here he is watching her...can't you just see how mesmirized he is?!

He is also obessed with his hat. I noticed recently if I let him pick out a hat to wear he'll keep it on...well out of all the "accessories" I have purchased he has decided the cap I bought for his 1st birthday last year is the one he likes best. He even wants to sleep with it. Don't try to remove it from his head unwillingly. You.Will.Be.Sorry. I learned this the hard way!

He is still the dog and cat poo nazi... it's the first thing he makes us do, clean up the yard before he will play outside. You'd never know there was a pet in this house with Zechariah on the job! :)
At 21 months he has drawn mama his very first picture! It's proudly displayed on our refridgerator of course!

He has gotten so affectionate. I taught him the sign for "I love you" and he looks so cute when he does it! He also like to gives sponteanous kisses and hugs. There is nothing better then those little arms wrapping around your neck when you least expect it!

He is noticing emotions from other people these days. He does not like the parts on the movie when Tinkerbell cries, he always turns to me very concerned and I have to reassure him she'll be ok. He's also mimicing behaviors a lot. I was so mad at Bridgit for chewing up Zech's Paul Frank umbrella (ok correction you will know we have pets when you come to this house because they do tend to STILL destroy stuff even in their older years!!!) that I yelled at her only to find when I turned around Zechariah was letting her have it as well "NOOO! NOOO DAWG!" pointing his little finger at her and furrowing his brow.....good thing he didn't catch that 'bleep' word I said, lol :)
We started a little music class for toddlers where two of his friends belong as well. Last week was the first class and he enjoyed himself. We're hoping once flu season is over we can go back to MyGym for classes or maybe try out a Gymboree class as well.
I had an inkling that being a mom would be fun but I never imagined it would be this awesome! Thank you Zechariah for enhancing my life in a way I never knew was possible! Happy 21 months buddy! We gotta get planning that 2nd birthday soon :)!
