Zechariah....God Remembers.: The Fair 2009....

Ahhh the fair! It came back around this year and of course we had to make the trip! What a treat it was to find out that on Friday nights it was "Hero Night" where they only charge $1 for all military, police, and firefighters and their guest! What a deal. Surely that made up for the $30 I drank in margaritas! And before you go thinking I am a lush, I only had 2!!! What else do you expect at the Los Angeles County Fair then overpriced beverages? Mmmmm but they are worth it! I was hoping to take Zech on some rides this year but he was still a little too small. Most had the height requirement of 36" and my little boy is coming in at about 33"....so next year it is on! I can not wait to go on the big slide with him. It's fun to have those simple things in life to look forward to!

Daddy decided renting a scooter this year was the best way to take on our adventure. He did not want his back hurting prematurely to end our night early.

We thought letting the little ones feed the goats was a fun idea! Turned out to be very messy and did you know goats like baby toes?! Poor Riley found that out the hard way.
