It's Raining It's Pouring...

I bought this raingear this last summer and have been dying to put him in it! At last it rained enough to wear it and OMG! It's even cuter on then I EVER could have imagined!!!

He needed a little help with the umbrella...

But by the time we got to Target, he seemed to have gotten the hang of it!
